Contracts and Agreements

Scope of Services
Services may include skilled labour, general site support, ground work, material handling, equipment operation, and Class 1 or Class 3 driving, as agreed prior to commencement. The scope of work may adjust to meet site needs, provided all tasks remain safe, lawful, and within agreed parameters.

Safety and Right to Refuse Work
All work will be performed in accordance with applicable safety legislation, site specific rules, and industry best practices. FleetAxis Services reserves the right to refuse or stop work that cannot be completed safely or where adequate controls are not in place.

Independent Operation
FleetAxis Services operates as a single operator subcontract service. Availability, scheduling, and continuity of service are subject to the limitations of a one person operation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Hours and Scheduling
Work may be short term, long term, or on call, including emergency call outs. Start times, hours, and scheduling will be agreed upon in advance and may be adjusted by mutual consent.

Payment Terms
Rates, minimum hours, and invoicing terms shall be agreed upon prior to commencement of work. Invoices are payable according to the agreed terms. Late payments may be subject to additional charges as outlined in the agreement.

FleetAxis Services may, at the request of the client or where required to complete specific tasks, engage a qualified subcontractor to perform specialized or supplementary work. Any such subcontracted services will be discussed in advance, and no additional subcontractor will be engaged without client approval. FleetAxis Services remains responsible for coordination and communication related to the subcontracted work as outlined in the agreement.

FleetAxis Services will provide standard personal protective equipment required for general site work. Any specialized or uncommon personal protective equipment required for specific site conditions shall be supplied by the client. This includes, but is not limited to, self contained breathing apparatus, respirators or masks for hazardous materials, cut resistant gloves exceeding minimum site standards, and flame resistant coveralls or clothing where required.

Where requested or agreed upon in advance, FleetAxis Services may supply specialized personal protective equipment on behalf of the client. Any such equipment provided by FleetAxis Services will be itemized and charged on the following invoice.

All specialized personal protective equipment must be appropriate for the task, properly maintained, and fit tested where applicable. FleetAxis Services reserves the right to pause or refuse work if required specialized personal protective equipment is not available or does not meet safety requirements.

This document outlines general terms and expectations only. Additional terms, conditions, and detailed scopes of work will be set out in a formal contract executed by FleetAxis Services and the client prior to commencement of work. Not all terms and requirements are listed herein.

Clients are encouraged to ask questions or request clarification on any matter. All services, responsibilities, and expectations will be explained in detail to ensure clear understanding and mutual agreement before work begins.
